Question Is any one happy with there magic 3?

Is there one person out there that can tell me they have had a good experience with it? Or that it even works for them?

I dont have kingdom hearts but i do have GTA vice city and it seems to be ok (i havent played it alot). I have had no problems with the magic chips (2 or 3). I installed my chips using the Kynar wire purchased from chipzone.com, NO CLIPS USED, Stretched, routed and glued it to the board so that the shortest length possible was used. I believe you get what you pay for so i use only quality media, TDK, Verbatim ect. So far all my backups load.Alot can go unnoticed when installing ANY no swap modchip. It only takes the slightest mistake and the chip as well as console will not perform correctly. The length and guage of the wires are also important. Get a TRUE profesional to do the install. If you just jump in and turn your PS2 into a birdnest from wires going every direction, put it back together and expect it to load you are in for a let down, same can be said if using cheap media.

to be honest, i don't like gta:vc but i'l try to get a copy off a friend. I think i may have the reason why the games work, i might have the magic 3.1 chip, cause i got the chip the day it was announed but it was it was supposedly in circulation 2 weeks before.

Many have complained about not being able to play GTA: VC or Kingdom Hearts with their Magic 3.

Magic 3

My copy of GTA VC works fine and I have it burned on verbatim DVD+R media. It did freeze twice during gameplay but I have been playing it for more than a month now so it was probably dirt or something. other than that it loads well and I am able to save and everything

So far I have copied 13 games on DVD+R media (sony, memorex, and verbatim) and I have not had one error yet or a copy that does not load. I must say at first I could not find a program that recognized the drive, I tried Nero, Primo DVD, CDRWin, and nothing, Then I downloaded Record Now trial version and it recognized the drive with no problems, So I am really happy, So far so good, hehe, Even the longest games only take like 45 minutes to copy from start to finish so I am okay with that.
