Can't backup on DVD-RW

For some reason none of my DVD-RW backups boot in the X-box, yet DVD-R are fine on various brand media. i.e. Have ISO titles on DVD-R that work perfectly, but when done on to DVD-RW do not boot - only get Evolution X dashboard screen. XISO and Prassi used for creation. Any ideas appreciated.

i have a simular problem all of my dvd-r's work ok but same games do not work on either dvd-rw or dvd+rw.

guess ill just have to mod my spare and try that.
