I'll include all wires, cables and controller it came with.

Bought new in December 2001. Currently has a NEO 2.5 CD-r/DVD-r mod chip. CD-r backups work everytime. I tried to use a DVD-rw backup, but couldn't boot properly (I don't think I have the correct GameShark version.) I tried to use a Magic 3 chip, but didn't have any luck. Don't know if it was the chip, the install or the laser. Removed the magic, put the Neo back in.
