There is a "sticky" at the beginning of this forum which is an idiots guide to using RecordNow Max, not that I'm calling you an idiot of course.
In a nutshell you do a global image of the disk first and then burn the image afterwards. Apparently there is an issue with RecordNow Max and the Pioneer A03 drive which the software suppliers are working on. The progress bar doen't go all the way to 100% but stops at around 75-80%, however, the disk still burns correctly. Hope this helps
