it may be the discs which ones do you use. i used to use bulkpaq gen4 these were good. but tried traxdata again ( first try of these discs 6 months ago resulted in 14 coasters) the new batch i received are perfect and i have had no problems at all. they are quite cheap too cost me approx 33 quid for a pack of 25 including delivery charges. try www.bigpockets.co.uk
