editing clone cd image???

Is it possible to change an image, with an editor or something???
I have this .ccd image, that i want to add some files to, is it even possible?

Nooo. CDimage is strictly the exact copy of the original CD, unless u alter it with UnSafeDisk or other shit. But if ur disk isn't protected, then just back the disk up to HD and add other files!

I have a CCD copy of divine_divinity.
There is a Patch DIR added to CD 3 with the new game patch.

What program do i use to add more files to the IMG such as a guide txt?

Please help me to find out. I tested WinISO but it does not work correctly with IMG.
