DVD Backup Question

I just got a DVD -R burner and its great but does anyone know if there is a way to know what the small files are on he DVD list? i know the big file is the movie but i get small files listed and I'm not sure if i want to keep them or not. they could be trailers or audio commentary,etc.. is there a software that will play those files so i can see what they are? also when you have to put the movie on 2 disc's, whats the best to do it without making the movie just stop. is there a way to fade out so as to look a bit more pro like? thanks

psx_paul is on a distinguished road
the best "one-click" package at the moment for DVD movie backup is DVDXCOPY (www.dvdxcopy.net)

there are plenty of guides for DVD9 backup to 2 discs on sites such as: -
www.vcdhelp.com
www.doom9.net
www.dvd2dvdr.com
