Settings for SD2 protections with PLEX241040A

Hello people,
I woud like to know what should be the CloneCD settings for SafeDisc 2 protected CD's when backing up with the new Plex 241040A burner.
How do I setup the Read & Write config in order to get a 100% working copy?

Thank-you guys & gals,
LIOR

The only thing that you need to select is "fast error skip" when dealing with safedisc 2 based games. Then check clonecd's hardware compability list to see if your cd-r writer can do correct efm encoding..if it does you're done you do not need anything else. If it doesn't grab a copy betablocker and/or deamon tools to remove the protection from the image files of the games you'd like to copy. These two little programs should do the job for most games.

PX2410A is EMF comp. so safedisc v2 can be copied perfectly with CloneCD.

Although you probably should upgrade your firmware to version 1.02. Apply new firmware
and upgrading proggy from ####://www.plextor.com.

As for me it helped. For example when I tried to clone Red Faction with default firmware copy process hang after 79% and crashed. After upgrade all SD2 protected games have worked fine.
