how can i copy the red alert 2?

when i try to unravel my ra2.exe in the unsafedisk i always get message that says # random error # what is this????.i have heard that if i unsafe the file i will after that have no-cd unprotected game,is that real?can anybody help.can also anybody say to me if this message(random error) is good or bad?if it's good why doesn't it create the bin file that is required for the rebuilder???
please if you can help me do it
