NHL 2003 Patch link
To download the patch just do the following Click
"Start"> "programs"> "EASPORTS"> "NHL2003"> "Check for update" While connected to the internet. The page will load after a minute. accept the agreement and press the big button in the upper left corner of the screen. The patch will then install and you can use the NO CD exe found on this site.
