Why Clony says No One Lives Forever is safedisc...it isn't
I copied the game, and it works fine right from the copy without any fixes . So why does Clony say it is safedisc?

NOLF is safedisc2. No doubt. As for your copy working.....think about it. What burning software and burner did you use? And does it work in every cdrom?? |

Think about what? My writer is a nec nr7800 and the cdrom is a samsung sc148-c. I used CloneCD. And I am not using any patches or progs like daemon tools, unsafedisc, etc. So why I am I playing the copy?

Your burner can handle safedisc1 as it does DAO-RAW
Some burners can handle safedisc2 with limitations. i.e. copy will only work in limited cdroms. Like I said, think about it. Just because you've made a working backup, doesn't negate the fact that NOLF is safedisc2. Clony says it's safedisc because it is. |
