I need help with Refresh Rate

I installed the latest nvidia drivers and i cannot change the VSync to 100Hz. Actually i cannot change it to nowhere besides 60Hz and it's hurting my eyes pretty bad.

I have this problem ever since the 40.xx nvidia drivers.

Can anyone help? I sorted the problem out in games by forcing them to use 100Hz from DxDiag but i cannot find a way to fix it when using the windows.

Try POWERSTRIP type that into google! With this program you can force your graca to use 100 Mhz all the time even in windows!
