Converting Gi Images to something else

I got a Verbatim DVD+ producer and it came with nero. I trying to burn red faction 2 but it's in gi format. I d/led primodvd but I get a run-time error when I try to run it.

Is there a way to convert gi files to someelse or is there another program to use to burn them?

yes, but everytime I open primodvd, I get a run-time error (9) subscript out of range.
How can I fix it?
