dvd 9 is basically a dual layered dvd. and no you can not do a straite copy of a dvd 9 as there are no comercially available dual layered burners. to my knowlege most xbox games are dvd 5 ie single layered dvd's 4.7gig or lower to copy a xbox game you need a chipped xbox this has to be connected to a pc via a router. etc then you can copy the disc to your pc using a ftp programme there are dozens of posts of how exactley to do this. i am new to this my self so you should go to the xbox forum and ask there.
