NTSC to PAL

is there a proggie for convert from ntsc to pal
for all images or for iso and bin files
or compble whit most iso`s or bin
please needed maby u now a good site
or maby on this site nut i ask first here haha

PS2 games are converted for PAL using patches and the best program for this is PPF-O-MATIC. This program checks that the BIN you are patching matches the BIN that the patch came from. So use CDRWin to make the BIN files and burn back to CD-R.

Available patches for making this conversion are listed on the following sites:

I don't patch the games; I use a NTSC to PAL Convertor that sits between the PS2 and the TV. For PAL games, I don't connect this device.
