Hi have made soccessful 1:1 backups of CivIII, Bob The Builder and other new games by using Blindwrite & BWA builder.

When I did this with my new Harry Potter game it installed, but causes an illegal operation after it accesses the CD and will not run.

Any ideas, did my BWA file get corrupt, it seems to make a random one each time that doesn't seem too good!!!

hi,

First of all, the new Harry potter is SD2.8.1 so you dont need BWA since BWA is only used in the Securom version 4.8x.xxx and above !

So you can use the new clonecd, or you can use alcohol and you could still use Blindwrite but of the first two there have been good reports about the harry potter game !
