Do the same thing you have done with the setup.exe with the main.exe (whatever it is called).
Use Safedisk Cleaner on it in exactly the same way you done it with the setup.exe - this will get rid of the copy protection. Or you can download the file from GCW or Megagames. Sorry for not being exactly specific but it's pretty straight forward if you have already been successful with the setup.exe as it's exactly the same method.
