Blindread Question

Ok, I want to open a blinread BWI file.
Is there a manner to do it in such a way i can replace the exe in it ?
the game is the andosia war. Battle isle.
The reason i cant create a mixed mode cd and replace it is that Nero will not accept audio under 2 seconds.
The cd format reads

Track01-Mode 1 data
Track02-Audio (under 2 secs)
Track03-Audio (under 2 secs)
Track04- Mode 1 data

Correct me if im wrong but that is a violation of red book standards ?

Please dont suggest clone as a way out, my writer does not support it.
