74min games - no solder modchip

Does anyone have a list of games available, or maybe know of some games that are 74minute or less so they will work with the no-solder modchip?
It would be great to be able to put together a list of games that will work with the no-solder chip because a lot of people do not
have the experience to solder a ton of small points. The no-solder chip is a pain in the butt compared to other chips, but it is cheap and painless.

If anyone could help me out with a few games or whatever you have, I would greatly appreiciate it.

i dont have a list but this is what u can do:

get a no soldermod and get a USBmod
then u can play dvd-r backups with the no-solder mod.
AND u can play cd-r backups greater then 74 thru the usbmod.

the USBmod needs 1 wire link though ,but that wont be a problem dont u think ?

ofcourse u can let some1 else install messiah chip.
on the other hand messiah installs are very expensive in holland (where i live) so that why i use this solution

All direct backups will work with this mod, All compact disc games will fit onto a 650mb cdr. Its just the dvd games people rip down that it has trouble with.

WARLOCKS correct,
i have a pal v4 with messiah chip and of course it boots everything.
I also have a pal v 5 which my son uses and i wanted a cheap but reliable option to get him up and running.
Since i allready had a AR2v2 dongle and discs i just fitted the v5 no solder mod and it boots dvd backups and cd-r backups fine but not dvd rips.
I use the Dave Mirra double swap for dvd's and the start game without codes single swap for cd-r's.

i got about 500 psx and ps2 backups. All boot with the no solder mod and GS2 v2.11.

hi after getting my version 5 ps2 chipped with the usb mod dvd
regionx ect it lasted a couple of weeks and messed up my lazer
it got that bad that most backups would go to the browser or even the red screen. maybe 1 in 5 boots would work i managed to get a replacement ps2 from sony [told them some games wont work and no dvd movies would load] they sent another console to my house in return for my old one .
im going into glasgow today to pick it up compete with messiha 2
installed it cost 79 pounds in total but well worth the hastle

how you doing.
Have you managed to get any of the dvd rips to work though??

Incidentally i've found that normal cd-r games (not rips)
will boot without the dongle.

At the screen where it says "no hard ware detected"
just press start, load without codes and they boot.

It may have been mentioned before but i'm getting that dopey just lately i can't remember!

Fgourlay if you get a MESSIAH 2 fitted four £79 that is a very good deal, post back to let us know how you go on.

hi everything looks ok playing gt3 vice city and reighn of fire at the moment [ spelling sucks] both of these games though did not start up a few times instead going to the red screen one is dvdr and the other is cdr but all my own copies work fine and allso
psx copies ok the above games were bought today so maybe it,s the copies are not to great allthough the more iv used the console
they start up no problem now .

This forum is great! From what I have seen so far from lurking around, everyone is pretty cool about helping out one another.
A lot of other forums, and newsgroups are a big joke. Nothing but people bad mouthing each other, and not even talking about the subject at hand. (for those familiar with alt.dsshack, you know what I mean!)

Sorry for the late reply, Full time job +nightschool= very little spare time these days lol.I dont have any rips. I use direct backups only.
