DVD-R and DVD+R

i want 2 know what is the difrence betwenn the DVD-R and the DVD+R i cant under stand what is the DVD+R

Its just a different format. DVD-R is supported by a lot more burners and dvd players. No real big difference. Use DVD-R if possible.
