does mega games boot cd work? and how do i go about burning it so it will work on a cd?

yes the dreamcast boot cd from megagames does work
all you have to do is download the appropriate image for your burning software and burn it simple.

ie nero.
download the nero image and unzip it then start up nero and select burn image from the menu. then select your image.
for newer versions of nero just double click on the image and nero will auto start then insert clank cd-r and press burn
