I think, when you use the image from HDD, blindwrite suite is able to emulate SecuRom, SafeDisc, ... !
But I dont have tested Blindwrite Suite!

same here
From what I read...
I have the same problem with the images work but the physical cd copy won't. From what I have been reading, it looks like most CD burners can not write the EFM coding back to a CD-R properly. Sometime you can try the option of different programs to hide the fact that it is a CD-R your using because some protections can detect them. CloneCD tray has that feature and some others. Or just try to run them in a non-CDwriter drive, you may get lucky. Or you can just buy a Phillips CD writer and be saved all the hassel.

I sometimes get files like that (very rarely) that I can run the image through Daemon Tools (with no protection emulated, normal cd), but I can't burn it to disk without errors or it not working. What I usally do then is just use Clone CD, copy on the fly option, copying the virtual CD to the burner and that usally works fine.
Please Note I have NOT done with using any of the latest copy protection schemes. Also my writer is a Lite On 40x12x48x flashed to 48x12x48x, so I can usually write most anything to disk. Also, sometime you have to lower the speed your recording at. For example, with some disks, if i try to burn anything greater then 24x, my dreamcast won't read it. though I haven't ran into this problem on the PC yet, except when recording audio, 12x or less seems to work the best on all media. nider |
