Do i dare....?

... to turn DMA on my A04? Right now it is in PIO mode.

The problem with that is that when burning, my machine gets real slow. It would be same with CD-Rs but DMA will fix it.

So if i have the DVD burner on DMA, burn on TDK 2x media at Max speed... is that likely to cause any problems with the ps2?

Looking to avoid coasters

Thanks!

Cool!

So no problems with games loading or freezing during play or any odd issues that could be attributed to DMA?

So where did i read PIO mode is recommended?

System specs: AMD XP 1800+
512MB Samsung PC2700 DDR
Pioneer A04 Secondary master
Liteon 48x Secondary slave
