patching

Hi All
I'm new to forum but would like to know if patching
ps2 games from NTSC to PAL is the same procedure as psx1
and if patch can not be found can pal4u be used to generate
your own patch
thanx

I take it from the lack of replies that this was a silly question

to ask.

And I suppose the scart lead supplied?, takes care of the colour

issue when playing usa games.

there r many similar programs as pal4u
none of them work on every game
if u got a decent lead and your mod boots imports u have no need to patch

Been trying a few other patcher programs to change
ntsc to pal and they all work except the y coordinates are
always out (picture is to near top of screen)

Is there any fix for this

I know you can use ppf3 but to use this you need to wait for
a patch for the game to appear and it can take a while,

If there is no fix does anybody know a program that will convert
ntsc to pal and keep the picture in the center of the tv screen
