When does it ask for disc 1 ? When you try to run the setup ? After it has already begun installing and copying files ? AFAIK, it does not have a protected setup, but I could be wrong of course. Only some compagnies do that. Westwood is the major one, microsoft occasionally, and the creators of Operation Flashpoint use safedisc in their patches. NFSHP2 should be protected with safedisc 2. Another possibility is that you botched the copy so much that even the dumb setup can notice something is wrong Maybe you forgot the volume label or something ? How did you make the copy ? Have you got a safedisc 2 compatible burner ?

Oh, and what happens when you use your originals ? You DO have originals, right ?

The original works...

I just made a .bin of it and copied it with Nero 5...
First installed it from the .bin, wich I extracted onto my hard disk, it installed fine, game worked with a fixed exe. But when I tried to play for the second time, it gave an error. Deleted the .bin by then and when I tried to install it, it gave that error. (Right after choosing a language in setup)

I still think it was a bad .bin file. Make an image with clonecd of the original and mount that using daemon tools or alcohol. Does this work ? If so, try putting that one on a cd (maybe a cdrw if you don't want to risk another bad disc) and check if it still works. I'm pretty curious whether it will work.
