need advice with burning

hm i wonder what speed i should burn ripped games on cd.

untill now i used 4x.

my burner supports 32x. sometimes i want to burn quicker but i am not sure what affects it will cause playing backups which are burned so fast on my ps2 ???

is it harder for the ps2 to read games which are burned faster oder might it be possible that the ps2 won't boot them because i burned that fast ????

and what is a "optimal" burning speed ???
