PS2 DVD drive
I was wondering if there was anyway to get a pc dvd drive working in a ps2? I've read about it being done for the xbox so I figured maybe it could be done for the ps2. Thanx.

thats because the xbox is based on pretty standard pc hardware.... ide drives ect, the ps2 isn't and is much more compact in design than the xbox

From what I understand, the ONLY reason that it was done on the X-Box was because a standard PC drive could not read the X-Box games....
Since that is not the case regarding the PS2, I don't see why anybody would want to even try it...
