I've found a No CD Patch for Fifa 2003 (multilanguage) here :

Still have the damn thing

. I patched my fifa2003.exe and it said "Crack succesful

". I started the game and I get this:

Black screen with an hourglass in 640 x 400 screen mode. It loads for 10 seconds and crashes. I reinstalled the game multiple times (6), and it doesn't work.

The No CD Patch removes only the CD check but can't solve conflicts between hardwares and softwares.
