Cdrwin 4 Wont recognise burner

I am using cdrwin 4 and it says i have not got a supported cd writer, it is a cyberdrive 32 speed. I have checked on there site and it says it should recognise it and that it is supported.
Any ideas

I had the same problem, get cdrwin 3.9 that works ok

got same trouble whit my Aopen 40x i just bouth few mouht ago finaly i get riped of cdrwin

anyway its not even the best

the best thing to me (now) is clone cd + clonyxxl

every burner r suported by these software and they r esyer to use thyan cdr win

Same here, 4.0 didnt work for me, had to use 3.9.
