Where to get Modded
A friend would like to get his PS2 modded. Obviously, I would be scared to just rip open his PS2 and using my slightly less than professional soddering skills to make a doomed effort to do it myself. Does anyone here know of a reputable place that will mod the ps2? Any recomendations? Websites of these places? Once again any info will be appreciated!

Charlie_PS2 & Dust2Dust can do the install for you... Bill @ Freedomlives.com is located in Chicago...He could also do the install for you...

In addition
If there is anywhere closer to chicago, it being about a 9 hour drive, he would like to drive the playstation to wherever it can be modded. So anywhere in east texas, oklahoma, arkansas, missouri, tenessee? Just wondering =-)

If it was me, I would just ship it to Bill....Only costs about 15-20 bucks for shipping....

Freedomlives installed a magic 2 in my v5 a few months back and I'm happy with it.shipping was cheap and from the day I sent it til I got it back was 6 days.I live in Wyoming so you are closer.Good Luck
