Plextor 12x10x32a and Safedisk2 - Augh

Merry Christmas, well I thought so when I got my new, first burner. But after trying to catch on by reading the forums it sounds like safedisk2 makes my new toy useless! I have CloneCd (newest version) but from the posts I have read it sounds like SD2 will throw a wrench in my ability to make LEGAL copies for myself. Am I right. Be kind, I am new to this sport.

I have the same Pletor writer and yes, sfedisc 2 is a nuissance, However i have only come across 1 game so far, hitman and even this worked, but only in then plextor drive. If the copies are for your self then you should hve no worries.
Another way if you cant do a disc to disc copy of something:
1. Install the full game
2. copy all files that were installed to CD
3. If your original disc goes wonky, just copy the files from cd directly to your hard drive.
4. you will need to get a no cd patch for the game now, so you can run it without the cd.
if you want to patch or upgrade the game you will need these.
I have said game all through this but it applies to any software.
