WinImage .iso sizes

Okay, I'm using Winimage v6.1 and I'm a bit confused here. I've taken a look at the help and the FAQ and searched this site to no avail.

When I create a .iso (under Disk - Create CDRom Iso Image) both of my CD drives are listed which are selectable in a drop down list. In that drop down list it has the 2 drives (E: and F and then below that it has the drives listed again but with a different identification (they start with HA#1: and then have the manufacturer and the model).

When I create the .iso it gives me different sizes if I select E: or the other way it's identified (same with F. I've tried this on different computers with the same results.

Any ideas? Which CD should I be using?

TIA.
