Hi,
If your Dreamcast was made after November 2000, then it has the protection. Before that, there generally were no problems. There is a complete list of the different models at dcemulation.com.
You can either make a boot disk as described in the article recommended by megalexxx, or you can remake the image using bin2boot.
I don't have a dreamcast with protection, but I'm told that the bin2boot method works fine since it uses "data, data" method instead of "audio, data."
To remake the game with bin2boot, just extract the files to a folder using isobuster or cdmage, make sure there's an ip.bin in there. If not, make one or use one from another game, and just change it with ipbin4win. Make an *.iso with mkisofs, and then use bin2boot. If you have Nero instead of Discjuggler, then use cdi2nero afterward.
If you need any of these programs, they are easy to find. Just type in their names in a search engine, and you'll find a place to download.
