Best mod for US v5?

Been away from the forum a bit, skimmed through some recent posts to try and catch up. I've been lax... well ok, out right too lazy and havent ordered a Mod yet. (not sure how new v7 is, but v6 was only a rumor last time i was here)
I have a NTSC SCPH-30001 R (v5 i believe), is Magic 2 still the best chip for it? I had thought about getting the Gameshark ones since my memory card makes me boot with GS anyway, but decided I didn't want to play the "Mission Impossible" theme everytime I boot a game.

I just gotta find a reliable site to order one from and someone in my area who'll install it since I don't think my friend wants to deal with the 23 wires. I suck at soddering... hell, I'd probually screw up just taking the PS2 apart to install it.
If anyone knows someone in the Philly/Burlington areas would be great.

Ship it to Bill @ Freedomlives.com and let him do the install...He's located in Chicago so it shouldn't be much to ship it to him...

Thanks, checked them out. will cost me $75 plus whatever it costs to ship out the PS2 so probually around $100... another $70 or more for the chip... Bringing the total to at least $170, plus they won't re-alighn the laser if they screw it up during install... I'm suddenly getting the urge to forget about getting a MOD chip installed since I'm basically dishing out the cost for a seconnd PS2.

BUT how much will it cost you to buy 3 or maybe 4 original games?
Thats more than the price of the mod....

AND as Warlock says below.....Its worth EVERY LAST PENNY.... If you get one...YOU WILL AGREE......

IT's well worth the money. Anyone with a no swap chip will agree!!
