Delta Force 3 Land Warrior (Can't Backup CD)

I just got a copy of the new delta force game
and can't seem to make a backup copy of the game. I tried adaptec becauce its what i use for everything and failed to produce a copy. So i installed blind read & write and when it read the cd it said that there was 783mb of data. Thing is when i look at the properties of the cd-rom while the disk is in the drive and it says there is 681mb of data. Can someone shed some light on my problem. thx:-)

5GB!!
