Which DVD burner is the best?...

Which DVD burner is the best at making PS2 backups and movie backups? My home Toshiba DVD player only supports DVD-R media. I hear good stuff about the Pioneer A04/104. IS that the burner to get? Where is a good online place with great prices to purchase these drives. thanks for your help

Are there any system requirements for the A04? I have a DELL 733mhz(Pent3) with 384mb ram. Any good place to order this drive? i check on pricewatch.com and saw it for $265.
