Very urgent question about making a backup !!!

hi all u specialist

the first thing i want to say that my english is not very well.So i hope u understand wat i want to say

yeah i had a original ps game and i was successful in making a backup one (i called it fake copy).I used Nero 5x with the good settings provided by Megagames.com for psx backup and my fake copy worked well.
Now the main problem i want to ask you.If i want to make another copy from the fake copied (not from the original one) then do i have to use those good setting agian and again ??

my friend said that the PS will load easier if your backup disc was written with a high speed (8x or 12x) . Is it right ??
