You cannot Make 1:1 copies of DVD movies..When most movies are Dual Layered 9.4 media's on a single side..
We consumers can only purchase single sided media with 4.7 gigs..Basicall you need to rip the extra's out of the movie to
DVD-R..

That ain't true, if the DVD your copying is under 4.7gb (and there's a shit load that are) then you just do a 1:1 copy.

Best program to use is DVD Decrypter, wipes the floor with Nero and Prassi, plus if you ARE copying an original then it will remove the Region code and Macrovision.

If you need it then give us your E-mail addy and I'll send it ya.

For a list of DVDs 4.7gb and under, go here :-

Talking Dru 500

Picked one up from FRY electronics last week. Not a sale price in that store. Everyday price. It works great. Just found out that the Xbox reads both types of DVD Media.
