DVD Burning Probs :-(

Hi,
I've just got a V5 playstation 2 fitted with a messiah modchip.

I've also got a pc with a pioneer a04 dvd writer fitted in it.

So i've installed primo prassi and made a global image of an original ps2 game i've got (Medal of Honour).

I've then put my blank dvd-r (datasafe Gen3) in the writer and searched for the .mi file and burnt away.

After an hour or so i have my backup of Medal all done, i put this in the ps2 and the main screen comes on, then the option screen comes on ie nothing.

I have dvd and cdr backup copies that i've tried on my ps2, so i know it isn't that, so it must be b4 it gets there :-).

So my question is, can u do a direct burn as i have and it work? or does the .mi file have to be patched or something?

I've tried it with Medal and Max Payne so far and both have come out as coasters.

I burnt a copy of the backup dvd i borrowed and it burnt and played fine, which would indicate to me that the media and prassi and pioneer are all working fine.

So PLEASE PLEASE give me a clue what to do, as i'm thoroughly pissed off at the mo.

Also forgot to mention i'm using xp, with ntfs formatted hdd's.
