.001 files are burned with what??

Hi there. I want to burn an iso, but I there image does not contain any of the regular file formats, such as .iso, .nrg, etc. All the file extensions are .001 all the way to .037. I am 100% positive this is the complete ISO, and that is in correct working order. any ideas as of how can I burn this ISO?.

Probably/possibly ARJ format. Need to be unpacked first then burned to ISO. You've got a long job ahead and much disk space needed!

Yes, RAR/Winrar is what I'd meant to say.
