MotoGP backup

Hi I would like to backup my MotoGP game using CDRWIN 3.8f on a Ricoh MP6201S

What's happened is I am unable to copy an image of this to my hardisk.. It bombs out with

Error unable to read data sectors 343980 to 344006 on device xxx Illegal command request (04h 00h 02h 05h 64h 00h)

When I look at the disk on CDRWIN it's showing

Track 1 as Mode 1

Track 2 as Audio

Track 3 as Mode 1

Anyone got any idea's ? Sorry as you can see from my amount of posts I'm only a newbie to this forum
Thanks in advance

I suggest you read the sticky topics at the top to get started.

Two quick links to help:
Clone CD
Clony XXL
