For those who can't burn Ikaruga with DJ4

I found this on another forum.
All credits to Gmc3000 :

=========================================

As I didnt have DJ4 on my PC to burn this, this is how I burnt it:

Exctract .cdi image from the rar file. Then use Daemon tools to host the cdi image. Then I used Clone cd to make an Image file from Daemon tools phantom drive, and after its read it, go to write from image file in clone cd, and uncheck the 'Always Close Last Session' box (Otherwise it will make funny noises in your dreamcast), once it was burnt, poped it in the DC - Ikaruga!!!!!!!!!

Hmm I'll try that. The cdrwin thing didn't work as my cdwriter doesn't support continued multi session (apparently). No my cd writer isn't crap (heheh), this and mdk2 are the only games to ever give me trouble

Woohoo! Got it working using daemon 3.17 and burning it with clonecd
Also worked for psychic force 2012. Seems like a trouble free way to copy the games. Cheers for the help

Ok I used Daemon Tools 3.17 and burned it with clone cd... When I booted the disc in my DC it did went to the sega license screen (it also says "Released by Dolmexica")! But after that it went to the DC Menu

So my q is: what are the settings used with clone cd? And what version did u used?

You have to use the boot disc to load it, as it's from a bin file. If you tried that, then the settings i used for clonecd were all the default ones, except the 'always close last session' i unchecked that.
