Pioner A104

Hello

i have a 104 pioneer dvd writer.

I have try to backup my ps2 disk like the show @ http://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk/NeroDVD_tutorial.htm

becouse a read on the page here that the pioneer 104 is not supported to read & write raw dao &sub channel data.

i have try nero,clonecd,fireburner and hotburn ,cdrwin enz

what can i do to copy a game like spiderman pal ??????

Spiderman is a DVD based game...... Thus you CANNOT use Clone CD or CDRwin to copy it.....
Use Primo DVD to copy the game and follow Charlie_PS2's tutorial on Primo.
Here is the tutorial:Primo Tutorial written by Charlie_PS2

This will make a working backup of your Spiderman game.

i now but primo is not supporting 104 pioneer

Well why didn't you say so.... You need the PXEngine update that Dust mentioned......
I also have the update.... Let me or dust know and either one of us can send it to you...

I had the same problem and Charlie, Dust put me on to the pxengine solution.
Dust even sent it to me as an email attachment when for some reason i couldn't access the download site.

Well I downloaded Primo DVD v2.0 and I have Pioneer AO4 and it runs fine with out any patch. I used that tutorial to burn some PS2 games

i have instaled win 98 sec
i have instaled primo and the udate you send me
and my 104 is supported now

i have made a image like the say .n http://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk/Primo_Tutorial.htm

the game i used was spiderman pal.

image oke and suc6 burning

but not playing at all i have try it all

the ps2 games i have on a compac disk are playing oke.

i boot this way :

I hold down the power button and whait till arp is loaded
select whifout codes and press x

let go of the power and the disk come out
swap the disk whif the dvd/cd r and pres r1+o when the tray
gose in

all the ps2 games on a compac disk are playing.

but spiderman dont play.

when i put spiderman in to my dvd-rom drive and the copy in my pioneer dvd-r then are the files the same
No files are missing ore diverend .

who have more options to boot the game.

i also have try the option like the say on http://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk/Primo_Tutorial.htm

whif a boot dvd i used rayman ?? is that oke ?? an gta 3

o the ps2 games i can boot are

tekken tag pal compac disk
18 wheeler pal compac disk

al the ps2 originals will boot oke
al ps1 originals will boot oke

some ps1 copy's will boot oke

i have a modchip 2 and a 30004 ps2 pal from the netherlands

sinds i have instaled my mod my dvd backups are in gray ??

even when i use action repl software but thats not the problem becouse i also have a standalone dvd player and the are oke.

please help
