psx_paul is on a distinguished road
I personally use Prassi for PS2 backups. Tutorials for Nero at http://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk/NeroDVD_tutorial.htm

Try using Traxdata DVD-R for your PS2 backups, £14.50 for 10 from www.bigpockets.co.uk

I have the cendyne Pioneer 104 but i cannot get the thing to burn any iso to DVD. It will only us the CD-R/RW portion of the stupid drive. As long as i am not doing a DVD to DVD or a DVD sized ISO i can copy as much as i want to the DVD disk. Any solutions would be helpful.

iso's are images. you cannot burn a cd image to a dvd, unless you burn it as a binary, rather than directly usable information. hopefully this makes sense. and answers ur question.
