What is the prog called that makes a bin/cue file to a virtual cd-rom??

What is the prog called that makes a bin file to a virtual cd-rom.
I have a lot of bin files on my hd and i hav no clue what the files are. So i need this prog to find out what i have without to burn.

you can use iso buster to just ##### them out...
and daemon tools to mount the images...
also, if you are on win 9x (NOT ME) i think you can also use virtual disk 2000 to mount bin files. as virtual disks.
