Faster DVD Backups HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

just backed up Gladiator DVD. time taken over 24hours :/..... Can anyone gimme some ideas of a quicker way. Specs: Pentium 2 350mghz. LG Dvd Player, Philips 400 series cd re-writer, software used Dvd2Mpg Squeezer...

use flask mpeg decss ... and by a faster computer ... that would solve your problem .... i´ve got a athlon 900 with 400MB Ram on Win2000 ripping a dvd to mpeg1 in about 2 hours , mpeg2 4 hours and avi DivX 6 hours...

but start with a new prog....
