Cd Copying with Different Label

I want to copy a cd by doign a direct copy (PSX) but i want to change the name of the disc. are there any copying programs which will do this?
So for example..
CD called

DISCTOCOPY
i want to do an exact copy but call it
NEWDISCNAME
