Clone CD and Sony CRX140E

Hi, I'm Having trouble with Clone CD up until a couple of weeks ago it was working great but at the moment it won't write, it copies the image ok (it say's so any how!?)then when it comes to writing the image it gets to about 6% into it and stops because of loss of MEDIA and then there's a few numbers etc.I close all progs before attempting to copy and i've also reformatted my HD uninstalling ME and reinstalling Win98 again same problem every time.....HELP!

R u using a serial code from the net? if yes then it could be that ur serial code has been black listed and that it causing the problem.
