WAV to ADX problem

Im trying to put my own music on a dreamast game but I cant get
this program to work,I drag the wav file in the program and
nothing happens,can someone please help me out.

Megalexxx is on a distinguished road

It's a dos program and I guess it can't assume drag & drop.
Use a DOS window and type "WAV2ADX <infile.wav>"
