Question Does anyone know of a PS2 Mod-Shop in the D.C. area?

I live in N.VA and didn't want to wait several days by shipping my PS2 to Chicago (Bill).

Thanks, BTW my PS2 is labeled: SCTH-30001 R, does this mean version 3 or 3000? If so, what's the best mod-chip available?

TIA
